ball with both your hands and bring your hands in front of your chest. Now act
like you are sitting on a chair and position your body accordingly. Get ready
to jump high. Now jump high and when you reach the maximum height, throw the
ball up. Catch the ball or not, it’s up to you. Perform the fixed amount of
repetitions.
3 – Lying Chest Throw
Lie flat on the
ground and hold the ball firmly in both your hands. Bring your hands above your
chest with your elbows bent. Bend your knees as much as possible and place your
feet flat on ground. Now throw the ball straight upwards and catch it as it
comes back and then bring your hands back to your chest. Perform the fixed
number of repetitions.
